It's fair to say there aren't many artists like The Printed Peanut when it comes to cheerful and distinctive designs. With a similar penchant for drawing inspiration from vintage prints and adding humor to their designs, we collaborated with Louise Lockhart, the creative force behind the company, to produce a fun and eye-catching range of matchboxes. This design is inspired by the heart-in-hand icon, used in many countries and often symbolizing charity, handiwork, or giving from the heart.
